When we arrived at Bacalar, we knew we wanted to do something special. We promised to take care of and respect this land that sustains us. 

We are visitors to this jungle and lagoon, and under that premise, we wanted to adopt practices with as little impact as possible through our actions.

We understand that mother nature fully sustains us. Gratitude must be shown by honoring and protecting her. 

Under the shade of these trees, we vow to share this space responsibly.

The body, mind and soul will be cultivated in an environment full of love.

We will nourish our guests and ourselves with a cruelty-free, plant-based menu focused on using fresh, wholesome and local ingredients.

We are and will continue to be a space to grow, share, laugh, learn, discover, love and dance. In our unique environment, we celebrate the notion that we are one, and one is all.
