The way we relate to the elements means paying attention to the present moment.

And so, it is with food and fire that we return to the practice of cooking patiently and consciously. 

Our Chef, Gabi Rodriguez, was born in Uruguay and raised by the fire. He currently lives in Mexico and has 20 years of experience in the kitchen. His last positions as a head chef were at renowned hotels Be Tulum, Nomade, and Maresias Tulum. 

His style in the kitchen is directly influenced by the fire, mainly inspired by the plant-based movement, and built from simplicity. He seeks to exalt the flavors and bring out the best of what the local market has to offer. His vision is not only about what makes it to the plate but about integrating the whole scene.

Gabi’s passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences is clear in all his meals. From his plating to his charismatic dish explanations, Gabi will be sure to take you on an unforgettable culinary journey.
